SPOD integrations are available to merchants from around the world, using many different platforms. We recognize that it can be much more comfortable to do business in your preferred speech, so we’ve put together a quick guide on how to update your language settings.
Merchants using our EU platform have the option to use the SPOD app in English, German or French. We are continually striving to improve the SPOD experience for our users and are working on bringing this feature to North American merchants as well.
How to change your language settings:
- Open the SPOD app and navigate to your dashboard.
- Click on Account & Menu in the bottom-left corner. You will see your merchant name on the button.
- Select Account Settings.
- Scroll down to Language and under App Language select the language you prefer.
- Our language options are currently English, German, and French.
Return to your dashboard to get started.
