Once an order has been shipped, SPOD will send all necessary information to your Squarespace store. For example, if the parcel has a tracking number, we will communicate it to Squarespace.
Please be aware that SPOD does not send email confirmation to you or the customer. Email confirmations need to be set up via Squarespace. You can find more information on this topic here: Squarespace - Order emails.
