To integrate the SPOD to Order Desk, head over to your SPOD Dashboard and go to:
- Integrations on the left-hand side menu.
- Click on Connect under the Order Desk section.
Once you click on Connect, our system will prepare the API-based integration and will redirect you to your SPOD App Dashboard. There, you will find your API Key. Copy the API Key. This key can also be found in your Integration Settings.
The next step will be to head over your Order Desk Dashboard and go to:
- Manage Integrations under Integrations on the left-hand side menu.
- Search for the SPOD integration.
- Click on Enable.
- Enter the API key you copied from your SPOD App.
